By accessing or using the website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or services.

2. Nature of Services

FarmBoy Workout sells online strength and mobility programs for farmers and ranchers, built around standard strength training and tools already in the barn.

FarmBoy Workout programs are digital. Each one is a structured plan of strength and mobility sessions delivered online, offered in three tiers: Foundation, Back in Shape, and Full Strength. Some programs use standard strength training and some use tools found on a farm, such as feed buckets, hay bales, fence posts, and tractor tires.

Programs are sold as a one-time purchase per tier or through a membership that covers the whole library. FarmBoy Workout also publishes free articles and a basic mobility routine.

All programs and content are for general fitness only. FarmBoy Workout does not provide medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

3. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

The programs, articles, routines, and other content on this website are general fitness information. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, or the advice of a physician or other qualified health professional.

Consult a physician before starting any FarmBoy Workout program or any new exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, joint or back pain, low bone density, or have not exercised in some time. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other discomfort.

FarmBoy Workout does not claim that any program treats, cures, prevents, or reverses osteoporosis, low bone density, or any other medical condition. No specific result is promised, including any change in bone density, muscle mass, strength, or pain. Results vary from person to person.

Exercise carries a risk of injury, and that risk can be higher when exercising with farm tools and equipment such as buckets, bales, posts, and tires. You are responsible for checking that any tool or equipment you use is sound and suited to the exercise, and for exercising in a safe place. By using any program or content, you take part voluntarily and assume all risks of that participation.

4. Purchases and Membership

Each tier is sold as a one-time purchase: Foundation is $49, Back in Shape is $69, and Full Strength is $79. A one-time purchase gives you access to that tier's program and does not renew.

A membership covers the whole program library and costs $12 per month or $99 per year. Membership renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Canceling stops the next renewal, and access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

Prices are shown before you place an order and may change. A price change does not affect an order already placed. If you have a question or a problem with a purchase, contact us using the details in these Terms.

5. Buying for Someone Else

You may order a program for another person, such as a parent or relative. The person who places the order accepts these Terms and is responsible for the order and its payment.

If you buy a program for someone else, you are responsible for sharing this Fitness and Health Disclaimer with them, including the guidance to consult a physician before starting.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the FarmBoy Workout website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of FarmBoy Workout or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from FarmBoy Workout.

The FarmBoy Workout name and logo are trademarks of FarmBoy Workout. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of FarmBoy Workout.

7. SMS Messaging: Promotional Marketing Only

FarmBoy Workout operates an SMS messaging program strictly for promotional marketing purposes. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Program Description: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional marketing text messages from FarmBoy Workout at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out and Help: You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by texting the keyword STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Supported Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The FarmBoy Workout website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FarmBoy Workout does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.
